Never mind too many problems. At least don't mind problems more than they mean to you. Stop and wonder; try to concentrate on doing your thing of choice in a simple-time production, to deserve an 8 in the activity. Seriously, doesn't have to be an A++ all the time ( so you don't panic, don't put people on stress, don't spend all your energies in one day of your life ). But create something good, from your perspective, something to make the hours worth the distance.

Just show them you're a good example, by keeping standards, one day after another. Trust what you do and keep doing. More people like you will be necessary in the future; i.e. people with a long experience in the business; people with resilience, creativity, transformation capacity, enthusiasm.
